Gegenstand des Projekts war die Umsetzung von Energieeinsparungen im Unternehmen Fluokov s.r.o. Das Projekt umfasste den Austausch der Produktionstechnik und die Installation einer PV-Anlage im Werk des Unternehmens. <\/p>\n

Kurze Beschreibung:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ziel des Projekts war es, ein strategisches System, konkrete Pl\u00e4ne und Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des Altersmanagements in unserem Unternehmen zu schaffen. Im Rahmen der Folgeaktivit\u00e4ten war geplant, ein System der generationen\u00fcbergreifenden Zusammenarbeit einzuf\u00fchren und die Kenntnisse und F\u00e4higkeiten von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften im Bereich des Managements von Mitarbeitern im Hinblick auf ihre Altersvielfalt zu entwickeln. Das Projekt zielt auch darauf ab, die Gesundheit und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter zu verbessern. <\/p>\n
